Returns | Exchange

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund nor exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unworn and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have the original tags.

Refund or exchange will be processed after verification of condition of item(s).

Once refund is approved, WUAMAN will send a return-shipping-label to the customer. Customer does NOT pay for return shipping.

Once returned item(s) are received by WUAMAN. WUAMAN will issue a refund back to the original method of payment.
