Refund policy

 

WEBSITE SALES - Returns Only | No Exchanges

Our return/refund policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed, your purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.

To start a return please follow the following steps:

1. To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unworn, and in new condition. The Item(s) must also be in the original packaging, and have the original tags. Also, you must have your receipt.

2. Please ship your return to us. Paid by customer.

3. WUAMAN will inspect and verify the condition of the item(s).

4. WUAMAN will send your refund to the original method of payment.

POP-UP MARKETS - Exchanges Only | No Returns

1. You may exchange your item(s) at the same pop-up location where you purchased it. After the pop-up event is over, your purchase is final.
